General Information

Shipping:

We strive to ship UPS orders the same day or if the order is placed later in the day it will then ship the following day.

• Longest length for UPS shipments is 8 foot.
• All shafts are tubed with heavy cardboard for added protection.
• Any “address corrections” and “charge backs” from UPS will be billed to the distributor placing the order.
• Ask us about our “freight free” orders (fuel surcharges may apply)
• Any “additional handling charges” by UPS will be passed onto our customer.

Pricing:

We quote all shafting by standard lengths of 3-4-6-8-9-12 feet.  The exception being smaller cut to length shafts with a quantity.  Please contact us and we will be glad to quote per your specifications.

Special Non-Standard Keyway:

Our website list “Industrial Standard” Keyway sizes.  However, we do not charge extra for special keyway sizes.  The special keyway size must be clearly indicated at the time the order is placed and are “non-returnable”.

Orders Placed Via the Internet:

We gladly accept purchase orders via the internet.  However, any “air shipments” we prefer they be called in (1-800-397-4629) or faxed to (740-342-4565).  This assures you that the order was received and more likely the order will ship the same day.

Return Policy:

All returns must have prior authorization before they are accepted for credit.

Drop Shipments:

We will be glad to ship any orders directly to your customers upon request. This method can reduce transit time and eliminates the distributors to have to store the material.
